Head sommelier in WineBiss
Tomáš Černický was born in 1980 in Mariánské Lázně. He has been dealing with
wine since 2001.
He graduated from the Sommelier course by Ivo Dvořák, the president of
the Czech sommeliers in 2006. He is also a regular member of Association of
sommeliers in the Czech Republic.
In february 2010, he and his bussines partners opened the Wine Bar WineBiss in
Praque, Vinohrady district.
His favourite cultivar is Sauvignon Blanc
and Pinot Noir.
